Long spring walks across an old mine. Its where I've been brought up and I love it.
Yes the sun was in my eyes but I was staying on that side of the fence simply because I personally didnt want to get eaten by thousands of frogs.
Photographed by Andrew Dixon.
This is why im looking forward to summer, just because I can go on walks with friends and have a good time. Look upon the ponds and having a nosey at someones garden, haha! not really just long walks to the abbey or around the mine. It would never come to mind that the Ranges was a mine to begin with and you would of never of thought that the local church tried to save most of it, but no its now been ruined by teenagers and chavs! With their mopeds and just leavings loads of shoes and bags on there. This place needs saving it really does.!
