5 pounds in two weeks?

Well ive never of thought I could loose weight! But something clicked and Im wanting to have a new body for summer like everyone else does. So therefore I started the gym in November and I've lost nearly a stone! I know even im shocked at that. But when you go the gym its best to get a review and what you think you can do and stick to it. Thats what I've done and added a few things. Everyone where I go has motivated me a lot! Even if it included sitting on me while rowing.
I suppose you need to proud of who you are. It alright to be plus size I mean I am and yeah I like it, but it upsets me when you see stick thin models on the catwalk or in photoshoots. It's nice to have some meat on you.
If you are thinking of going on a diet, dont think right im not eating this and im not eating that, go to your doctors and ask for advice. That's what i've done and my mum has helped me along the way as well as friends who I go to the gym with. And that's another tip, go to the gym with a friend its so much more of a laugh and they always derminate you.
Ill keep you informed on how it goes im hoping to loose another stone before june :)
