Royal Britannia – Britannia Rules the Waves!
Forget the EU this year it’s all about Britain! Tea and Scones, Garden Parties, The Beatles . . .yes my friend it’s going British!
The announcement of the Royal wedding has propelled us into a state of extreme giddiness, with people reporting symptoms such as extreme excitement, and royal wedding paraphernalia obsession disorder. With the rest of us reeling and rooting through Grannies closet for the Royal Tweeds and Kitsch Tea Sets. But if this seems a little daunting and granny isn’t a stone’s throw away – don’t panic there is still room on the band wagon and this guide will ensure you’re prim and proper for the Big Day!
Miniature -What is cuter than all the vintage things we like? All the vintage things we like in miniature of course. Forget the over sized bag, and the oversized sunglasses- it’s out with the big and in with the teenie weenie.
HOT BUY ALERT – This cutesy necklace is sure to keep you cute all day; the hot red colour is quintessentially British too. (http://stores.ebay.co.uk/PipAndSqueak)

- Get that vintage glam easily; why not look in charity shops, online and in vintage warehouses for vintage scarves. They are a must have for this trend , the older the better, look for interesting colours and patterns ones with dates on are great. I picked up a Jubilee scarf for 50p on a market stall and couldn’t live without it now, attach to hair and bags for a tea party ready look.
- Hair! Yes I know how some people hate styling hair, I do myself. You could say I wash and go! But you have to watch this video; it shows you the easiest way possible to get a ‘do’ fit for a royal wedding! http://www.youtube.com/user/VividMakeup?blend=2&ob=1#p/u/14/7lMz4CZllso
